We really need to get serious -- enough horsing around. I don't see how you all can be joking when 1000 people got laid off and there are rumors that more are coming. Don't you all care about your colleagues, your old team mates, or their families? This is really sad!
We need leadership to make some drastic changes to the organization. There needs to be deep benefit realization across all business units. Many BUs or parts of assets are losing the company money. Not only are these assets losing money on product but losing money on the staff that is supporting the losing product! This is a double dip loss!!!!! Hello! Wake up and smell the coffee.
There should be some benefit in everything we do! What's so hard?!?!?!
I'll give you some information. Talk to your supervisor. Ask them what they would do if in your shoes. You might be surprised at the honesty!
We are on this web site because we need more information! Whst we hear at work is like listening to Ken Lay at Enron! We are supposed to appreciate that we have jobs and everything will be alright! Analyst reports paint a different picture. Credit rating is downgraded, losses are climbing, stock price has plunged, asset sales are not happening, large outflow of money from stock. We are worried about our jobs and how long they will last and lost funds!

All I can say is I'm printing out printouts showing how some of these business units are losing way too much money compared to other companies. We need new assets with new people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll I can say is that I'm sending print outs to Hager and the rest of the board in hopes they figure out who you are. All of you going on about project execution should be fired!!!
BUs don't listen to pe because they don't know what they are doing! DPMM continues to be a waist of money. A bunch of CIs from tinker don't know anything about oil or drilling. The pool of IT PMs are even worse.
