The good news is that the company appears not to have offered anybody severance.
It will be very easy to get people to sign on to a class action lawsuit.
Simple to prove that there were other positions in the company that people could be retrained in such as sales.
There are also big company layoff laws and laws that lucky people over 40, female and minorities can use to get back at the company to cheap to pay a severance to cover their assfrom a lawsuit.
Come Monday I will start the class action process
We will need to coordinate here initially
