Guys, its states in the Vivints company manual that you can be terminated at any time for no reason! And accepted employment by agreeing to those terms! Guys, you signed the offer letter WAKE UP dust your selfs off and move on with your LIVES!

You obviously still have your job. Moving on without notice is quite hard have u ever lost a job?? And now desperate to pay your bills. Ya ofcourse we all read the manual but when your terminated for reasons that don't make sense and are in shock obviously it's a wrongful termination... If I find a job today I still won't be paid for the next 3/4 weeks u explain to me how to pay for my bills. If someone was terminated for a reason like not meeting the standards of the job title or doing poor work that's one thing but to have a salary ripped from under you for no reason quite a different story. Don't be insensitive. I have no health insurance and I have a disease so ya it's a pretty big deal.
