I've been with this company for about as long as it's been running. Commitment and dedication has all that's been put in to this company on mine and our teams part. I believed that they cared about their people....at first but more and more corporate began to show their TRUE color. It wasn't about building people as they preached but more or less overlooking the value of the most hard working underpaid people in the company. I had pride in this company for such a long time and seeing how they kept everyone in the dark about their plans that I can never have anything good to say about Vivint solar anymore. Bottom line: They don't give a DAMN about you!!!!

Nothing about this is sour nor victim's mentality. This here is people's livelihood. To not inform people beforehand of what's coming wasn't professional but sneaky and undermined every employee who were let go.
These threads are hilarious. Sour grapes, victim mentalities. LMAO. Vivint is a great company. These decisions are in the best interest of the company. It's called adapting to market conditions and planning for the future. It's business.
