Vivintsolar was a place of great work environment and there was a place and time were you wanted to come to work because you loved what you did and feel confident secure about your job. What happened to that?
There is a source to all the madness, Management when you can't trust believe and be able to come and voice a problem concern and if that doesn't do the job you should be able to reach out to your HR but wouldn't you have upper management and favoritism does not mix I believe strongly employment opportunities should be equal for every person there shouldn't be one favoritism over the other...There was a complain box but was placed over a trashcan.
