He's Just the most obvious example of people focusing on managing up to get ahead instead of actual production. Impressed Scott years ago when badri was at LR. Damn shame that stuff gets rewarded in this company. Too many other examples to mention.

The politics and nepotism within CAM stinks. Started with the good ol' white boys J.M. (terrible CEO and the reason why CAM has struggled) and all the way down the corporate ladder.
