Will someone please fire the lazy and idiotic Sales, PLM, and Business Unit Managers from Cameron?

I'm not going to mention the division but the one I'm currently in has some of the dumbest and idiotic Sales managers, PLMs, and Business Unit Managers.

These a--holes make a boat ton of money, sit around all day handing work off to others, and generally doing jack squat. We have an army of Biz Unit Managers, each with at least 4-5 direct reports.

Why so many god damn people? We ain't selling sh-- right now! F--- even our customers are fed up at them as well as all the old legacy farts that need to hurry up and retire.

How can you justify these roles when the very product they focus on was literally ripped off of the rigs and thrown away by customers?

Schlumberger please hurry up and gut this pig!!!

I agree, Sales are still acting like FAT Cats and hiring people in DRL "customer service" what customer service there are no customers right now

Its the biggest money maker (not OSS) and is located in Houston...that should be enough of a clue. Place is falling apart due to political infighting, other CAM divisions stealing our core business and competing directly with us, and management that is full of pussy's who can't fight back and hold their ground and roll over at the slightest sign of provocation.

Also full of old farts who can't operate a computer even if their life depended on it. Oh and R.W. you're the biggest piece of lard assin all of this division. Hurry up and retire motherfucker!

Without being specific, can you please identify exactly what division you are in, aswell as, the physical location?
