Thread regarding GE Oil & Gas layoffs

Yesterday, one of our biggest customers laid-off nearly 700 employees, our headquarters is moving to Boston, GE is basically maneuvering

to another industry (they) purchased Alstom, they wouldn't buy competitors who are now merging which is a better deal and good corporate sense. Registration for Chevron laid-off is many of our walking papers at GE Oil & Gas. We haven't even accounted for all the employees who were fired at Chevron within the last quarter and we still have a inventory report that coming up soon. New flash, if Chevron laid-off nearly 700 employees, that just made your job more vulnerable and the unemployment pool in the US a little bit BIGGER. A person once said, how can a 5 Billion dollar company avoid taxation, employ 45,000 employees, and not survive this turbulent economy. My response, please the shareholders and eliminate the liabilities. You my friends, as of this morning have become GE Oil & Gas biggest customer. Planned your comments careful, for the maybe your last as a GE employee.
