Word came out today that many support positions will be outsourced to Asia. It is my understanding that is would many in the financial/treasury department. Exact headcount and job titles were not given. This is going to happen gradually over the next 6 months. This could save the company millions a year in payroll while saving a great deal in benefit expense.

Welcome to 2016. This isn't something new. HB1 Visas are passed out like candy from corporations like NOV to Indian workers in exchange for cheap labor.
