I would be worried if I were you. Schlumberger isn't going to accept Cameron's reorg. It's absurd to keep 3 levels of management between front line and CIO. You just hold meetings with one another. No real productivity. You don't actually build anything. You're completely overhead. With your layer of management, the exact same amount of work is completed, there's just one less person taking up an office. I guess Deloitte couldn't say that during their change management meetings with the whole group.
Schlumberger is going to take a machete to the middle and collapse the pyramid down. Don't kid yourself, Schlumberger told Wall Street they would pull hundreds of millions of dollars in cost out of Cameron for the next two years. Unlike all of Cameron's IT projects, Schlumberger will not be wait or below expectations on delivering those promises. They willconsolidate the marketing efforts into Schlumberger, rip any functional systems out of Camrron or convert to their existing infrastructure. There's simply no reason to have the redundancy. All people needed for SEC reporting will be gutted immediately. And of course, all the assclowns who just bullshit all day, will not have someone protecting their incompetence.
Schlumberger doesn't tolerate the inefficiencies that Cameron perpetuates.

Corruption in both. Travelers has lots of sleaze because of Optimus which is tens of millions over budget. The utter incompetence of Optimus leadership is inexcusable. The company put business guys, like GS into positions that they are too inept to manage. For many years it has just been a way for Deloitte to make money. In CCD, the mentality has ruined business' trust of IT and led to a laundry list of failures. Of course, Cameron usually just blames the vendor for internal screw ups. Even after cleaning shop, the idiots at the top promoted the biggest goons and losers they could find (too inept to question or point out ignorant decisions), great example is that assclown BC.
