And another huge training class starts in a few weeks...layoffs got to be massive and they got to be coming real soon

The laid off so many staff over that last couple of years that the have to hire new staff in order to recruit new students. With them having only Online schools now that must get more students in order to survive.
Remember they lost $6million in the 4th quarter so they have to find a way to make a profit going forward. if this doesn't work you will see another round of layoffs later in 2016
