Best rvp I have worked with. Good head on his shoulders. Sorry to see he is leaving.
An outstanding president. Wish him only the best.
He was and still is an a--hole. The rest of you can stop asskissing now that he's gone.
go back to best buy geek boy
He was exceptional at empowering the campuses to control their own destiny. He was always a step ahead of the plan and did the best he could with a failing organization. You guys would not know good leadership unless it bit you in the ass
Call me an idiot but I liked him. Good leader that knew what he was doing. Not his fault. If anything he bought most of you more time.
I can't believe what a bunch of fools you are. How can anyone stick up for any of the left over management team from the CCi days? They were all brainwashed by CCi to the for-profit way of doing things. How the hell can you defend a dipshit that had an active roll in the decline of student enrollment and contributed to the illegal actions of CCi and for the last year,Zenith Education Group? The a--hole needed to go since he wasn't worth a crap and did absolutely nothing to make improvements.
he stabilized Chicago all right....
Down hill since Tim took over the region. Where have you been for the last three years? He at least stabalized the massive bleeding, wasteful spending and do whatever you want culture.
Good, get rid of all of them. They did nothing to improve things.
it has been all downhill after tim took over the region
"TD did not have a choice. The reductions were not about talent, they were about expense control you idiots. The CPs being let go, expense control." A few were promoted--TD didn't make the cut.
Yep cashed my pay check right up to the end then cashed my severance check. Never did care about the company or the students, just a pay check. Now it's time to shut the sh-- hole down.
6htv f--- you!
@6vlx, what a childish post. Yet another former employee who witnessed all of this corruption, and did nothing about it. Let me guess--you were afraid to lose your job. Or, I told, but "they" didn't do anything about it. Now you feel the need to spread your gospel about how bad the company is, now that you're gone. You're a sorry, loser, cowardice, bast*rd. Get a life. Find a job.
I'm doing all I can to help the schools. I'm going on every school review site I can find and telling the truth about how bad Everest and WyoTech are. How they keep closing campuses and how bad the job placement really is. I'm also spreading the word around the area about the drug use and sales going taking place on campus and how the turns a blind eye to it. Call me a disgruntled ex employee all you want because I don't care.
TD did not have a choice. The reductions were not about talent, they were about expense control you idiots. The CPs being let go, expense control. Consolidation of campuses, expense control. Reduction in directors, expense control. I wish him the best and he will land on his feet in a better place.
Q: How does anyone keep a positive attitude when every three months there's another rif?
A: Life on the outside is much better!
How does anyone keep a positive attitude when every three months there's another rif? You never know when your name will show up on the list of people being let go. It seems if you're someones buddy you have a better chance of staying around because it doesn't matter if you give 100% or 50%, you stand the same chance of being let go.
"If you're as good as you think you are, you'll be able to find another job." I did just that, and it's no surprise to me that the company continues to go down.
It sounds like 4lue has access to certain reports, and so do I. Although student has dropped at all schools, some have managed slight increases for a short period of time. Besides declining student enrollments, most of Tim's schools have hit just about every other mark. It's very easy to figure out the different types of people who post on this site. 1. The former, disgruntled employee who feels he was wronged, and can't let it go. 2. The current disgruntled employee who says the company is bad, and yet won't leave because they need the money (these are the ones I hate the most). 3. The employees who despite everything that's happening, try to remain positive (the kool-aid) drinkers, of who I'm one. For those of you who believe this company is doomed to fail AND you don't want to work, quit--you cowards. If you're as good as you think you are, you'll be able to find another job.
If Tim is so good, with that "strong business mind," why is he gone?
I know Tim quite well. Told him about the comments here. He just laughed. The reality is he is one hell of a leader with a strong business mind. I for one am glad they let him go. He can do good where it matters with employees who care.
@GM4b4cY-5tiy Tell me about it!
LOL ... the negative comments make me laugh. Bitch about a guy that did a good job. You all deserve what you are going to get or have already received. He will move on to better place while you still ven on this site. Sorry little disasters each of you are.
I saw him working as a geek squad
Tim might be cutting grass today!
I am still employed but Tim is not!!!!
No, here is what's wrong with Zenith. The company sucks along with everyone that works for them. You are all a bunch of egotistical a--holes that think you sh-- don't stink. You always need someone else to blame for why everything is going to hell. You're too busy patting yourself on the back that you can't see that Everest and WyoTech are at the bottom of the education industry because of the idiots working there. So continue to fight amongst yourselves and blame each other for the demise of your company while it continues crumble into the abyss.
Dawber should have been fired last year
Here's why Zenith is doing so well: "He did a horrible job if you consider improved population, standards in admissions, decreased attrition and improvemed placement poor leadership, along with profitable outcomes."
He did a horrible job if you consider improved population, standards in admissions, decreased attrition and improvemed placement poor leadership, along with profitable outcomes. But then again, many of you consider good leadership those that allow you to skate by, take advantage of students and collect a salary for going to lunch. The problem with Everest was not leaders. It was the entitled masses that felt they were owed something because they showed up to work.
Seems like there is one negative pos that has an axe to grind. Too bad and so sad for you. Where you one of the lazy collect a pay check types that Tim worked out? Such a horrible leader. Expected you to work and to care. More of him would have been an improvement.
Last I remember Durbin killed Chicago. Under him Chicago was growing. In fact it was the only region that was. I always appreciated his efforts to remove dead weight like the negative poster here.
Tim singlehandedly destroyed the Chicago region

Apparently you don't have any honor or ethics since you're posting here. Or it's just Timmy pretending to be a minion. LMAO
He's better off and so are everyone else that have left this circus, either by choice or by force.
I dont think he would waste his time here. He has what one would refer to as honor and ethics.
quit posting timmy
You are an Idiot.
