oif, apparently you are not familiar with what this board is about. Since you don't know the difference between ECMC and EDMC you have no reason to be reading these posts. Go troll somewhere else.
It's like musical chair at that place, it's like they get a new CEO every month, or some other executive manager.
It's funny when they jump for joy when they're stock "rallies" from $0.07 to $0.11. With a stock price like that they are hemorrhaging operational cash flow. Stated liquidity, operational cash on hand, the other week was $250 million, Zenith's Everest Colleges lost $100 million over the last reported year.
Pretty soon there won't be any schools open... What's the scoop? What are you hearing from faculty and other students? What schools are they closing now?
The ECMC board of directors are paid an astounding salary to go along with Hawn and they also are the board of directors for Zenith Education Group. In fact they are paid more than the CCi board of directors were. The DOE says that under a non-profit education company the board of directors should be made up by volunteers.
