This sucker is going down.
Poorly managed and now going to have their assets peeled off by ETE. How long before the new ETC stock is worthless?

Great Ideas,
The merger with Access is a mess right now, I should of kept Access as a separate operating entity, as well as Transco, the one size fit all approach isnt working. I also apologize for appointing Access people as VPs overseeing Williams operations and personnel. I realize now that Williams bought Access, some how i got confused and thought Access bought Williams.
it is time to pull my golden parachuette and get out of here
It might slowdown on here for a month or so, but unless the price of nat gas suddenly jumps up to $3+ or all the billions of dollars in debt Williams owes is magically forgiven, there will be more layoffs to come. I know for a fact that the stage has been set to shutter the OKC office. There are now only about 100 people left in OKC. After all the official layoffs end, the remaining folks in OKC will have the option of moving 90 minutes up the turnpike to Tulsa or outright quitting. Think of how silly it is to maintain two corporate-like headquarters so close together. Williams would have been smart to have closed OKC right away and force integration of the Access people. Allowing them to, in many respects, remain their own little company(Legacy ACMP) suppressed synergies and generated mixed messages throughout all of the organization.
That is best case, assuming ETE doesn't take over. If ETE takes over, goodbye OKC and eventually Tulsa as well.
