Thread regarding Williams Cos. layoffs

Best of luck to those who were let go this week. If there is a silver lining to this is the fact that the first out have best shot at landing

New job faster, you don't have to put up with ETE BS any longer. I heard Williams used to be a great company not any longer which is a shame and those leaders that put it in the ditch should be ashamed. GREED. It ruins many. For those who survive and have to deal with ETE and will have a new bonehead to deal with. Let's face it, the best of KW ran down his mothers leg. Be well my friends.

I am sorry to hear about the job losses.

I am lucky enough that I was able to employ myself within 6-12 weeks and this is how I got started. It's in no way a get rich quick scheme, it takes dedication to learn new skills, but what "job" doesn't. So paste the link in your browser and all I ask is that you keep an open mind as you listen to this video.

I wish you all the best.

Lots of job opportunities in Pittsburgh area, especially if you jump into other industries.

Sorry to hear about job market in ok. It is terrible to be exposed to that.

Not optimistic about the job market in Oklahoma. Williams is just the next in line to layoff masses of employees. The other job markets have plenty of good candidates and see no reason to interview candidates that are not local.
