Hard to believe the board approved a 500K bonus for JS for GC15. The design isnt near completed and nothing has been built or even tested by operations yet. I have seen a lot over the years, I think awarding a bonus at this stage of the project takes the cake, on total stupidity and incompetence.

I am not saying anyway was mislead Others may feel this way though.
I don't agree with the way Gc15 process has been handled though.
Especially the mass hiring that occurred in that group while others areas froze hiring and had to fire some very good people totally unethical and worst than that very bad Buisness.

The company writes the 10-K and files it with the SEC. Laws and regulations prohibit companies from making materially false or misleading statements in their 10-Ks. Likewise, companies are prohibited from omitting material information that is needed to make the disclosure not misleading. In addition, as noted above, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act requires a company’s CFO and CEO to certify the accuracy of the 10-K.
Agreed, that POS is responsible for gutting all of the actual talent and keeping the cheap newbies.
