Anyone remember that the decline of Williams started with the BS title of 2012+, what it really was is a hostile takeover of the Gas Pipes by Midstream, which was then followed by the hostile takeover by Access. They also introduced the RAPID model which let to the complete and total end of any reasonable decisions (just look at who got let go). I am rooting for ETE to come in and save Transco from the burning piece of dog sh-- called Williams. Everyone who is left better also hope for ETE, because AA had them gut the company of anyone worthwhile, so maybe the buy out should not happen and AA can lay in the bed he made.

If you were a Williams person and your leadership was majority legacy ACMP you were going to have a hard time surviving the cuts. Management always is bias towards their team or the the people they hired.
We did not asked to be bought out by Williams, AA destroyed this Company. I knew Mike Stice and AA your no Mike Stice . I was the only AMCP employee on a Team of Williams and the only one let go . Not a chance in Hell I was going to survive the layoff. At first it really pissed me off, but I feel sorry for the ones that got " saved" . You are all the Walking Dead .
Access made a sh---ton of money for Williams.
Access is AMAZING and was making a ton of money. The culture was awe-inspiring and where everyone in OKC wanted to be. Employees with Access had a vision and got things done. Access employees never had to wonder if decisions would ever be made. If a meeting were had, a decision was made, and an action was taken. I agree that Access is the best thing to happen to Williams.
Original post is spot on! Gas Pipes (Transco) is the only viable worthwhile thing that Williams has/had and it has been raped and pillaged by all the Midstream entities. It's a sad, sad day

Access is the worst thing ever. Bunch of egotistical blowhard children who think they know it all. Even your new facilities are poorly built, poorly operated and noncompliant
