SLC didn't loose sh-- compared to Tulsa, Houston, etc. SLC has more layers of duplicates in management than any other corporate headquarters. They just keep that fact below the "radar". They are also the HQ for doing the " incident reporting ". They must not have got the knack of that process quite figured out yet, as Williams keeps blowing sh-- up.
