Really IT leaders? More layoffs? Is this your way of whipping us back into submission and getting everyone fearful again because that's what will happen. You will layoff more of us and after that the ones you wanted to keep will end up leaving because of no faith and no direction in our management.
Only reason we know this is being discussed is because of a loudmouth manager in building 8 who should shut their office door when talking about people's careers. But what it tells a bunch of us is that. :::::::::|D---

Cathy has no idea where IT is going or what we need to do. Sad but she was a great leader in good times but struggling now so maybe we need a new CIO.

Her director team is now the "B" team. Bring back the old directors they at least seemed to know what they were doing and why did they get rid of true IT leaders and bring in the hacks they did from the geoscience? Smells like favoritism in the business people that are now in IT. And they suck and nobody likes working with them so good move?!?
And how will we get the sap work done or support all the bullshit people outside It expect us to do with more cuts?
SOOOO many of us are mentally done and checked out. Just get me to payday is all I care anymore so I can feed my boo boo. Cuz CHK quit caring about me a long time ago so hopefully I get mine this time and get a package to leave this sinking IT ship.
