Unneeded departments/projects like MDM, DW, and others in Operations that were just taking money and buying time. Nothing ever delivered. Even fake promotions, departments given promotions to people who never worked and got there degrees when they were supposed to be working (and were not). Hey but when it was social hour/events everyone showed up on time. Lunch anyone or happy hour?
