Thread regarding Staples Inc. layoffs

Almost time for annual performance appraisals.....

If you get a "Does not meet expectations" overall or on any section other than Sales/Margin & Csat make your supervisor justify it.

Refuse to sign off on it and place a ticket to HR that you are refusing to sign it until a DM or HR become involved. Do not let them bully you into a PIP. The more people challenge them on this the more of a headache it will be to force them through.

I worked for a GM on a PIP. The DM at the time made his life a living hell but only he kinda deserved it to be honest. He screw everyone over on appraisals. He blamed supervisor for everything he possible could. Yes. Get out.
