The company is essentially paralyzed by extremely bad senior executive leadership. This is exactly how Citrix went from great to awful. VMW is probably learning directly from Citrix.
Especially the EUC BU where they have been cooking up numbers. Even worse, the so-called compliance team has turned a blind eye.
