Got axed in Tulsa. Totally agree talent assessment was a joke with some of the people still there. Not saying I was better but seriously...
Is "talent assessment" the official statement on how decisions were made? I heard an entire sub-department in EHS was laid off. How can that be a "talent assessment" if every member of a group was let go?
They let some good people go today. Idiots!
They hit E&C PD&PE this afternoon, myself included. Got rid of some of the better people. The so called "talent assessment" was a joke.

I heard the majority in Pittsburgh will be tomorrow, Wednesday. The 10 or so HR and Mgmt dispersed to smaller area offices and sites today. Only 2 here right now.
