Can someone tell me why the heck we still have this worthless group? Dickie and his Barbie an Ken staff are a complete waste of money. They add no value and don't have a clue on how to get things done.

Some of these comments are incredible. Do you people know what Devon does to make money? I don't think a large majority of people working there understand that a Geologist is more important to finding oil & gas than a Project Manager. This really worries me about what my stock will be worth in the future much less the future of Devon!
I'd like to thank the Project Exection team for guiding us through these tough times. If it weren't for them we would be like Sand Ridge, on the verge of bankruptcy. You guys have a great team of talented individuals who really understand what the concept of 'business' means! Please don't listen to these other immature comments on this site! Most are probably coming from people who got laid off or others who are about to. Keep up the good work!
If you think Project Execution is worthless, then you don't know anything about running a business or don't know enough about business to implement the PE staff correctly. PE has prevented Devon from bankruptcy. What have you done? Do a calculation that any intern could do?

Just get rid of Dickie in the next round. Let him go the way of Sanders. Just how many layers of reporting do we need? We passed ridiculous months ago. Benefits realization is this the biggest joke I have every seen.

Project Execution is the only group that produces anything worthwhile. All the other business functions just steal their work and claim they did it.
