After a long week of another cut at Online and careful review of the posts of bashing folks and calling out teammates and directors by use of initials, it is time we truly make our H.R. staff aware of the unethical behavior that exists among the floor. We are quick to point fingers and lash tongues to those who are amongst us but forget the behaviors we have. It does not matter what rule 1 breaks, if you are breaking any rule you are a rule breaker too. So with that being said you can call me a SNITCH. I'm snitching on anyone I see that breaks the handbook, starting with your personal phones and ear peices. If you walk to the copy machines and look like you have personal items in your hand, I'm letting LK and JN know. I will be reporting all unethical behaviors to the people who take action. Read your handbook and become very familiar with the rules because I am taking notes, dates, times, and witnesses. I'm a snitch, I'm a snitch, I'm a snitch.

Snitches are usually people that are not doing their job and really don't know what they are doing. It's the only way to survive and I understand that people should continue to work. But the lack of future growth for an individual is a hard pill to swallow. These early 80s management style doesn't render results, if you really want to help encourage your peers to look past the rumor mills. Honestly snitching has no impact for positive feedback.
yjb: I am not sure what part of the planet you are coming from. Do you expect Zenith employees to work? Do you expect them to stop complaining? Your expectations are way to high. We have presidents shopping on line and "working " on FB most of the day. They shop on line with their BFF the RVP of the region. The expectation of Zenith employees is to work as little as the they can and complain as much as they can. Based on that, they are all doing very well!
I don't understand the culture in Tampa. If you have issues, then go talk to HR. Why aren't you looking to support each other rather than focusing on being petty? With so many folks losing their income, I find it disrespectful to those who have left that anyone still employed finds this to be their primary focus.

Heck, my coworkers spend more time on FB than anything else they do on the clock. The lack of ethics by individuals in our current society is pathetic. Maybe, the RIFFs should continue and Uncle Dave can restart this company with people that really want to work instead of a bunch of lying, lazing, pathetic whiners. High school, crybabies! Hell, I've worked with 16 year olds that act older than most of the poorly educated, envious, whining idiots posting here. Learn some grammar and quit'cher bitchin.' Shut up and get your a** back to work and earn your pay!

I agree with the snitch and I will be in SS among all the advisor sitting back looking to see who is breaking rules as I have my SAS sessions with my students. We have a new HR in case you missed the memo and we have Linda and Rodney and thats all we need
If you expect HR to do anything you are an idiot. We use to have a DOA who use to f... students and never happened to him. We have presidents who shop on line half the day with the RVPO shopping along with them. This is corrupted company.

I will own that. Put your phone out of sight, keep your voice to a minimum, work for this money. Every student, every day, every damn second. Every student and their dollar counts. Teamwork! Get your rest. Time to start your Monday off ethical.
