She has let go talented people and protected illiterates like Michael Holmes and a bunch of others that kiss her ass. Her strategy has led you to face a revenue must situation with Kieth Burkhalter and Jill Cochran as your admission leaders (don't know how to break this to you Davey Boy, but neither one of them have ever been in admissions). You allowed Kim Dean to go on with her circus way too long and now you have cost hundreds of people their jobs. You have to be the worst judge of people I have ever seen:
