Now that the RSM job has been reclassified to strictly sales, the exempt overtime rules are being followed. 60-70 hours per week is almost legal now.
The length that this Company will go to in abusing employees is staggering. Make sure you are doing face to face selling while you are working those deliveries because of sick calls.
