Thread regarding Zenith Education Group layoffs

Look no further than this board to understand why CCi failed

They hired a bunch of rejects who clearly are unemployable elsewhere.

Most of us won't sleep with our bosses as the AD's do to keep their jobs. So we move on to better jobs. The two worst AD's are still their sleeping their way to success!

Dave also hired a bunch of friends and relatives and made them all upper tier corporate management with huge salaries (talk about top heavy organizational chart!). After he spent too much money, he then went on to communicate through his Kool-Aid drinking middle managers (now, campus directors) that ECMC has spent 179 million dollars trying to save the schools (guilt trip strategy, lucky to have a job, look how much we've spent to keep you in a job). Dave, you're as incompetent and Jack-assamino.

I am assuming that OP and BAE are the same. Something to consider: Most of the credit when an organization succeeds and most of the blame when it fails belongs in the same place: Leadership/Management. So, if your contention is that all the people on this board are "unemployable rejects", well, who hired them? Who designed training plans? Who measured and coached performance? Who motivated? If you are part of Leadership /Management, OP, you need to stand in front of a mirror while pointing fingers.....

CCi failed because of greed. Zenith is failing because they hired a bunch of CCi rejects.

Nice comeback? That still does not dispute the premise of this thread.

Apparently you have nothing to do other than read layoff boards.
