Did Fossil pay an Excellence Bonus in March 2016? Or was it the big ZERO for the second year in a row?

Seems like there's a lot of failing up. Good job, everybody! Who can we outsource this year?
Fossil actually DID pay excellent Bonus in 2016, the size of a peanuts for people that actually worked hard and put effort. Fossil Also had A LOT of promotions in Corporate and regional level, A LOT more Senior Directors, Directors, and VPs.
I guess enough said.
