Y'all there is one thing I don't need understand. Qcom is a great company. Yet all of you are bitching about salary. It is hard times for the company. So how about everybody pitch in.
You've been working long enough so you have all considerable savings. If you wanna help the company here's how:
1) Every paycheck you get, buy qualcom stock with all of it. Bonuses the same.
2) Live on the dividends you receive and your previous savings.
If you keep doing this for long enough (all of you) The investors will be confident in the company again and the stock price will go up considerably.
Then when the company issues more stock again they'll raise more money than otherwise. Which means more investment on the total addressable market, faster growth and everybody gets rich in the long run. And in the interim you get the dividends.
