Thread regarding Zenith Education Group layoffs

Is change truly good?

Throughout my life I have believed 'change' is good, and I still believe that. On the other hand, when one makes a change, one must allow a certain amount of time to implement, verify and modify those changes to see if a course correction is needed. When someone makes a change, then a week or month later, that same person is changing something again without allowing the previous change time to see it's effectiveness, has eliminated any opportunity for success. I feel in many ways the conversion from CCI to Zenith has shown a likeness to a used car lot that plasters a new sign up that states: 'Under New Management'. The only difference was, Zenith opened up with the same middle management but under a different name. It is amazing how ignorance can run wild within a person's mind. Zenith should have evaluated each division, the personnel that made the decisions that brought us to this point, hire new leadership, and then implement the changes needed to develop a path to success. Well, that would be if they were truly determined to succeed. I feel like we are just going through the motions with no true motivation to succeed, I wonder why that is. Has anyone truly stopped and asked yourself, do they really want to succeed? Could their actions allow one to believe there could be a taste of greed found here, or a hidden agenda? If our student's success is truly what their motivation is, wouldn't their actions be a source of proof? If so, I feel sorry for the student that is taking out student loans in order to gain an education from this organization.

You ate right on, with one exception - they didn't even really change the name! Is there a single campus that has the name "Zenith" on the building?
