Executive Director arriving to the campus unannounced and requesting for a staff meeting so that they can announce that you have been demoted to the entire staff is so unethical, unprofessional, and inappropriate! Let's not forget Tom, Dick, and Harry gets to run the campus with no management experience, no knowledge and no background in education! What an excellent idea! Now that's ethical, professional and appropriate!

The mentality is spot on- not necessarily non CCi individuals being brought in but persons that had no pertinent industry experience OR worse yet, had experience in poor leadership qualities and driving other campuses into the ground. Regardless. - what's done is done.

Tom, Dick and. Harry being CCI carryover or not is irrelevant if you do not have the background nor the experience to be a leader. You have people below you leading you but you're supposed to be the leader? Hmm...... You have an awesome meantality! BTW, Tom, Dick and Harry was CCI carryover but still didn't take the time and energy to learn their job due to their laziness and arrogance!
What a fascinating mentality. Anyone who comes in who wasn't around during the CCi days is immediately characterized as unqualified. In other words, you're suggesting a CCi carryover could do the job better. Umm you CCi folks are why the schools are in such disarray to begin with!
