He retires and is replaced but they keep him on the payroll so that he can collect a huge paycheck and bonuses. Why is Williams paying two salaries for one position. Worst yet, why are they paying two salaries to incompetence! Greedy F#*$%'s and they act like they are heartbroken about laying off the people actually doing the work.

Why single out Fred? There's one EOT member with one direct report -- his admin. Another only has 30 people. Sounds like an axe to grind. Williams is upset by this. Other companies this happens all the time. Not so there
Poor Fred - why are people so mean to him? He has always been so helpful and kind. One time he gave me the shirt off his back - it was a little soiled, but it was better than me going shirtless. If you can't like a guy like Fred, you won't like anyone.
