Sorry, but I called this over one year ago. Hogan, Marran, Babbo & Rose is getting canned as ZEGs "independent monitor". You see, Dennis Cariello and Charles Rose, members of the firm (which was by ED to oversee all Zenith business practices) worked for none other than JackMass during the "defraud last gasp and collapse" era of Corinthian. They also helped broker the sale of Corinthian to ECMC. Thus, the "independent monitor" hired by ED to inspect ZEG's admissions and career placement actually had an attorney client privilege that allowed them to remain silent if they observed fraud. The firm that "was" ZEGs independent monitor has argued that schools have a first amendment right NOT to inform prospective students about poor graduate employment outcomes. Hate to say I told you so.....but ZEG has never had an independent monitor. They retained comfy Corinthian execs who had done business with that monitor in Jack's glory days and - you know the rest of the story.

It's all true. AP broke that story also. The DOE tried to cover it up by saying they knew nothing about the firm and if true they would cancel the contract with that firm and appoint a more prosecution style monitor. A week later Hawn and company is trying to restructure Zenith. The scheme would have continued if not for the investigative report by the Associated Press that uncovered the fraud.
Wow ... very sad if this is true.
