I have worked at this campus for over 14 years and for the most part I've been very happy. The last 3 years have been the most stressful time of my life with this last year being the worst. For the past six months I've been casually looking for another job. I've had a few good offers but passed them up because I really wanted this to work out. After the last 2 days I have decided to take one of the offers. Friday will be my last day of dealing with the bullshit Dave Hawn is putting everyone through. I am giving no notice because Zenith does not deserve one. I will walk out at the end of the day Friday like of done every Friday for the last 14 years. The only difference is it will be the last time I walk out of this place. I have enjoyed most of the time I've worked with all of you as members of the same team. I will start my new job on Monday morning and never look back. Good luck to those of you who decide to continue on and those of you who decide you've also had enough of Zenith.

Good for you that you have moved on. Hope the door did't hit you from behind when you left.
It feels so good to know I'm done with Zenith. Walked out at the end of the day and didn't tell anyone I wasn't coming back. I probably won't need my blood pressure pills anymore. Good luck to you all.

I understand the well-justified anger, but do the right thing anyway and give a little notice ( flame suit on...). Don't lower yourself to their standards . If you really are leaving tomorrow, advise your mgr in the AM. Life is short. You never know when you will bump into these folks - or need them- again. Be the better person.

Good luck to you. You are absolutely right about not giving any notice. Zenith doesn't give any notice when the company wants to get rid of good people. Ask the Ft. South campus.
