Well, I would rather see a sharp cut now (and even a bit over cut), rather than the strategy that was previously implemented of announcing WFR every 2 years or so.
The latter is very damaging to people engagement...I think we all deserve to find peace and focusing on deliver our targets rather than worrying on "when" we will be the next one to go ...
