Quick question: WTI continues to lag but CHK stock price continues to rise. What is making the stock attractive? Would love to buy and help out my Oklahomies....

It's all speculative at this point, stay away bro, this company has so much debt, one small move in the markets and we'll be in a default - stay away and OK will be fine without you bro
Kelli's mouth...
Glad we Rickrolled all the investros yesterday. Party on. Keep cashin' checks and breakin' necks.
I am so at ease after Mr. CHK put things back into perspective on the other thread. I have been "eating my lunch on the tailgate as we go over this small bump". Laid back on the kool-aid. Oh yeaahh!
The massive capex reduction got some people excited and people had to convert their shorts.
All oil companies are up today. Not just CHK. Maybe Mr. CHK from that other thread on this site is working his mojo to make it go up. Lol!
Still overpriced at 1.50. Their bastard mix of debt and lease terms means they cannot possibly ever truly optimize their reservoirs. Let them go bankrupt, learn how to engineer (or be bought by real engineers) and optimize spend more than just beating up already distressed vendors.
Culture is bad, debt is bad, talent is bad, CHK is bad. Just get it over with.
IMO...Its speculation of a buyout that is driving the share price to rise. I should've jumped in a 1.59 a few weeks ago....
Quick question: how would you purchasing shares of CHK help out anybody in Oklahoma?
