If you think we are going to shut up because you agreed to put the military team back together your wrong. We know this is an attempt to shut us up for 4 months until you terminate all of us and promote your Everest buddies to run Wyotech. Troy and Casey are known bigots and racists which have been proven time and time again moreover they like you are ignorant on outside admissions. You know nothing can change in 4 months especially when you have stacked the deck against us.

7wjd: Daytona and Blairsville are forced to increase enrollment by any means possible. They both have until June to get the numbers up or go into teach out. They are both in survival mode at this stage. When your back's against the wall you will do what ever you can to survive even if it's unethical. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than ask for permission.
The same acts that got CCi shut down by the DOE is now being done by WyoTech (Daytona)....looking the other way, anything that can walk thru the door becomes enrolled, tuition numbers fudgingm and the list gives on
Listing names and insulting people = the easiest way to ensure that a thread is nuked
Cars breaks less. On Tesla, there is nothing to break, it's engine is sealed. It's all battery and software now. You will need to know software and programming to fix cars in 5 years. Just saying, I know that I am exaggerating, but that's only to make it more colorful.
4vpn how are you going to ask the CEO questions when you don't know his name?
The real problem for WyoTech is the lack of interest in the automotive field. Look at enrollment at all the automotive schools and you will see the same thing. Enrollment at WyoTech has been declining for years along with all the big names in this industry. Even at the high school votech schools the automotive classes have been in decline. The votechs that are doing well are sending their graduates directly into the work force, not into career schools. Some of you complain about the management lacking experience, experience in what? Hawn has never been able to keep his promise of hiring a new president for Zenith because no one wants the job.The only way to save WyoTech is to consolidate and rebuild it from the ground up. ECMC is not about to invest that amount of money and time in a dying industry. The next move will be to consolidate and hope Laramie can break even.
Let us corner Mr. Haun for a question session. Do your managers have any experience in the industry they manage? How much experience do they have? Not the false ink they put on paper and the verbal lies, the real background of it? Are these people qualified to actually spend money and answer for the teachers, make decisions? Is it experience the they have or just college paperwork that keeps them looking at office walls. Why do they avoid many? You Dave are not seeing what is real. Interview the ones that are no longer there, this is where the fix is.
The system is broken and the well is dry. There are reps that have been working 12-18 hour days, 5-6 days a week since August giving way more that 110%. Perhaps the bigger picture needs to be looked at like poor management and selling a product that can be easily attained for a significant lower price.
No one will be running WyoTech by the end of the year.
When anyone is given 4 months to produce results in a market that is not growing, working harder, working smarter is not the way to get a positive result. I agree with 5xe-hjd that the people are not the total answer. Give them something to work with!! If someone is looking to go to a trade school, why WyoTech instead of any other trade school. WyoTech will not sell itself. If Dave doesn't come up with things to help you with - look for another job, while "giving it 110%"
Going back to preying on the nations veterans again? When all else fails, go after the vets. Go get that free money from the VA, that's the American spirit.
I love seeing you idiots bitch and complain about each other. The more you battle each other the less likely WyoTech will survive. Since I have no dog in the fight any longer I'm rooting for a total collapse and closure of Wyoshit and Nerverest.
what is that saying...be careful what you ask for!? Groce will bathe savior.
110% means giving it your all. Quit blaming others and ask yourself, what more can I do? WyoTech has its back against the wall and you either need to be all in or get out of the way. Don't go down without a fight wondering if there was something else I could have done. Yes it may be too late to save it, but at least in the end you can say you done your best to try and save it. Some of you sound and act just like the students, blaming everyone else for the problems. If we don't show Dave that we are all working together and supporting each other why would he want to keep losing money on us?
Hey OP , you seem really angry. Try moving out of your mom's basement, maybe that will improve things.
G6RF5xe-fqr: Point well taken. The obvious key is enrollment. What suggestions do you have to not just slow the decline, but to actually create an increase in enrollment? Standards are already very low (fog a mirror 1 out of 3 attempts....you're in!). Reduce tuition? Offer incentives upon graduation? Frankly, I am at a loss as to how we get there fast enough to avoid complete collapse. What does "giving it 110% and working together" look like? How does that create a higher student population? And before you suggest it, I am already gone, but still concerned about the organization.
You have until the end of June to turn things around or many people will be out of work. If enrollment numbers aren't increasing dramatically soon Blairsville WyoTech is history come July. You can whine and bitch all you want but the bottom line is time is running out. I suggest we stop arguing and finger pointing and just give it 110% working together or we may as well give up and quit now.
Obviously none of us have control but eyes wide shut is a good start.
G6RF5xe: Maybe it is time for you to move on. Life is too short to be so bitter and angry, especially over things you can't control.
