Don't waste your time trying to make sense of anything that has happened in Erie. The place runs on an elaborate system of smoke and mirrors cleverly developed to keep Houston in the dark and off Managements backs. Those that don't adapt well to the system or threaten to expose it in any way are out.

People that helped take MS of Erie to new levels of product quality are now out on the streets. On both sides. Not a positive outlook for the folks in Erie. It's Ironic that they kept individuals that "hindered" progress and continuous improvement.

Relocation is a maybe but union shop doesn't help Erie. Many people's last day today. The layoffs of December conclude today. Upper management is tight lipped about what is to follow. But who knows if they even know.

Just continue to work and learn. As long as they keep paying, just keep working.
