It's the BP way. They don' thin out the ranks at the top, especially some of those who consistently get BP in a mess. Hopwood and Dupree come to mind. These guys make very bad decisions and never get penalized!

yep. All true. It's called desperation. Management is now filling their own time and space. They don't know what to do to justify their own existence except to cut projects. Then they get to cut people. Something knew to analyze and meet on, share spreadsheets and email recommendations on the next process step.

Cut project, then cut people. Next to do: Cut project and then cut people.

Process process process. That's the BP way.
