Just think, if Bernie Sanders is elected and gets his way, Zenith Education and all education companies will be gone. Hillary will make Community College free which also puts a big hurting on career schools. All these education businesses better hope we don't end up with a Democrat for president this time.

Seriously, who would now start their college career at Everest now, except the bottom of the barrel. And the bottom is finite, they will run out of them eventually and soon. School seems to be in wind down until the outstanding loan number is low enough for the DOJ agreement. Overall, not a bad plan, sound business/government sense. That's why we have the Assoc. Deans and other bosses we have, they are the ones left to stupid to know the ship is sinking, the others got in the life boats already and are away. All will be okay and as it should, just take care of yourself as I did.
No need to worry about Bernie. Hillary did as Hillary does, play dirty and unethical. She locked up super delegates through promises and the Democrat primary is all for show. She's already it. As for Republican, the old guard (which is whats bad about the republican party) made sure they had two candidates that would act the exact same way, one old, one young. Once Bush walked (I'm sure nudged) Rubio is the Old Republican Guard candidate. They can't stand the thought of the old republican has-beens not still controlling the party. Rubio is a young Bush. Trump and Cruz are the ones they are afraid of because they will change the party as it is needed. I prefer Trump, Its refreshing to see a business guy run instead of a politician.
You did know that ECMC has/had 110 million in the bank that it has to spend being non-profit and all. Bernie has two weeks left until he has no delegates and in no way will Hillary ever do anything worth a damn with a GOP Senate and House. Every time I see these posts I have to chuckle a little. At this point in time Jack and the rest of senior management were supposed to be in prison orange or doing the perp walk. Zenith was going to wind down all the schools as part of the DoE deal, all student loans forgiven, etc.
I am in agreement with @GAR, the business will not be the same at all. It makes me wonder who is next to fold their tents.

I must agree. Let's keep the same name. However we have to recreate new plans on paper to look new and not for profit creation will repair the damage. Changing industry dynamics and no understanding due to lack of knowledge. Let's get spending leaders, it's free money it has to be spent.

Zenith is doing a fine job of going out of business all on its own, thank you.. No help needed from Bernie, Hillary or anyone else. The combination of changing market dynamics (decreased demand, excess supply), poor management (CCI retreads) and stupefying branding decisions (Hey! Let keep the name the same! Everyone recognizes Everest from all the spiffy publicity we got last year!) will do more to close the schools than any scheming politician could hope to achieve.
