Most of those laid off were white? Is that a surprise? If you laid off all the minorities in the oil and gas industry you'd only get 0.5% of your 20% reduction quota. That Card is still most certainly playable in any company with an active HR department involved in recruiting and hiring. If it is true is another matter entirely.
OKC is the whitest place I've ever seen and doesn't have a lot of draw for people not from the area; it's unwise to read conspiracy into simple demographics.

An overwhelming majority of the people I knew that were laid off were white males, including a VP. Don't pull the racism or sexism card. It's not playable at any company with an active hr department.
