tecm laid of around 10000 folks last year mostly (manual test lead, test manager, delivery, release mgmt, proj mgmt roles). list is ready for another 5000 folks to be fired this may.
lesson learnt is that Indian IT services companies are wrong work places to be in. if your are in testing and support roles U dont gain any good technical skills that make u employable out side the organization after few years.
so sound out your peers in colleges and warn them no to repeat your mistake.
buckle up and and take training outside side syntl and save your career leave office at 6 P.M sharp don't stretch trying to meet the test case counts and don't try to please the hostile onsite folks.
everyone knows the training quality is hope less with in company
look at the positive side you still have 45 days to find new job. start applying for immediately joining type roles .
