It's a shame that to keep your job you have to be popular. Some really good lease ops let go today out of the Cresson office. They will be missed!

Decisions definetly were personal "no bumping rights" stated in the layoff off package.

HR & Supt & Manager decisions on who was terminated. Asst Foreman in fist fights at a co training were allowed to keep their jobs...

Lots of respect lost for Devon

So sad to see the good ones let go. The ones that gave a shit and cared are no longer and the ones who kissed ass and think they are owed something got to stay. Don't get me wrong they got a few right that they kept (M.R. M.P)and a few right that they let go (T.R) but man the ones they got wrong and let go or kept that they shouldn't have is mind blowing.

T.Y, J.L. and T.M., were and are the only qualified superitendents in the Bridgeport/Cresson offices. C.C. and R.H brown nosed their way into positions that are over their heads. When it comes time for them to speak to others, they are very well coached. If they were to be asked specifics about things they hadn't been coached on, both of them would fall flat on their faces. Wonder if Ms. HR (KH), was a part of that. Sleeping with the Enemy!

B.H. has and always will be an arrogant know it all. When he and M.O. came into power in Bport, things went to hell in a hand basket rather quickly.Neither man wants to listen to suggestions or comments from the worker bees although they both claim to have an open door policy.

I like the others in Bport, await my fate. When you see great men let go and the brown nosed, two faced egotists stay, you realize you may not want to stay and be a part of the new regime.

Personally I'll never trust management's bs again if I make it and keep my job! I will keep my head down, do a good job, save money, and be prepared for the day I'm an old man and they put me out to pasture.

How does head guy and HR get to be safe? Why are they not held accountable? They both fell asleep at the wheel and now get to play hand of God and decide who goes, stays, and is promoted? Explain that one! That's what happened to this company, top of the company fell asleep and has now woke up and is hitting the panic/eject button. It's their fault! Foremen and field personal have done their jobs, they didn't make the decisions that wrecked this company! Yet they are paying the ultimate price! It's not right!

U must have gotten caught sleeping on location or got gps'ed and forced them to give you a below standards rating and now trying to down grade others.T.Y. Is one of very few stand up guys in the company and had an open door policy like no others. Never would he not help you or others so how can you say he underperformed your a joke. As far as hiring at least he didn't hire relatives like so many others have done.

T.Y. is a good man. I hope B.H. struggles to sleep at night when he goes back to OKC, but that is probably not the case.

Superintendent decesions in Bridgeport were a joke! One was let go because his immediate supervisor didn't like him and it was well known (poor guys wife is currently fighting cancer), the other was bumped down because he speaks the truth and upper management doesn't like that (yet anyone that has ever worked for him has nothing bad to say). Out of the three left. One is a good guy, a hard ass but a good guy. The other two are complete suck ass weezles and everyone knows how they maintained their positions.

Conduction and completions were almost completely wiped out. In production it looks like mostly foreman
