Don't blame it on the field workers... Blame it on all the young engineers that cookie cut everything. That's what Devon gets for putting to much trust in the mentoring program. Those young guys out of college looked like a deer in the headlights when they came to the field

A good example, by the last two posts, of why Devon is where it is at. Office personal thinking they are better then everyone else. And just to let you know, there are many people in the field that have degrees, such as environmental, engineering, business, biology, and petroleum management degrees. If you guys with those degrees in the office were so damn smart, then why is Devon having layoffs????!!!

Believe me, you field "workers" are the idiots that got us here, wasting money like it would never run out, and spending millions to recompile tell wells to pull an extra 10mcf a day at best.
