That's one hell of a package. No reason for anyone to go hungry or feel down about this separation unless you're one of those who joined in the last two years, in which case I'd simply state that switching companies always carry this same risk.
Severance Details are - 2wks for each year of service plus 1wk for each 10K in annual salary plus 1wk for each complete year of age over 40. Max is 52 weeks. Min is 4 weeks. In addition all invested restricted (LTIP) stock immediately vests as well as a cash payment of your target bonus (depending on employment level is between 10-80% of your annual base salary).
I made out like a bandit... Literally felt like I should have had a ski mask and banana in my pocket.... free passes to little darlins
One year minus two months of warn.
I don't work for Devon (no clue what strata is) but am expecting a lay off with my company soon (medium sized E&P). I was curious what, in general, one might expect in this sort of situation. I know you are probably forbidden from sharing details but if you are vague enough it should still protect your anonymity (like number of weeks of pay, years of service impact, any health insurance extended, etc). I know my company will be different but just trying to get a ball park of what could happen. We probably will only get dimes and chipotle coupons. Good luck to you all.
It's on Strata. I've read it. It's fairly generous.
I bet it's on Strata.
Have you checked Strata?
Maybe it's on Strata.
