thats the funny thing about wireline managers.

if we are just a bunch of monkeys, then they are the monkey keepers

if we have no marketable skills, what skills do they have?

order tools and take attendance?

burger king managers can do that

what qualification do verizon managers have to justify their salary?

shortsighted morons, when they are done with the union you will be next!

OUT THE DOOR. WERE GOING ON SRIKE, WE'LL SHOW THEM. THEY WONT LAST LONG WITHOUT US. THOSE FAGGOT MANAGEMENT WIMPS WONT LAST A WEEK.

And in the darkness silence grows,

No word from Union, so no one knows

Union people stand around

Finger up their butt, staring at the ground

And the silence, like a cancer, grows

The unions beat, as everyone knows

Mouthing off, as they have always done before

Nothing else to offer, that's for sure

And in the darkness, silence grows

unions beaten, as we all know

This just in: VZ telecommunications announced today a new agreement with the CWA & IBEW which will see a huge decrease in the average pay & benefits for VZs remaining 39,000 strong Union workforce. Commenting on the agreement, CEO McAdam said reality and the 21st century had finally come home to collective bargaining. The Wall Street Journal headlined with "Reality Check Arrives for Union."

At last count 62% of the outside men and women are injured or on disability or light duty here. Anyone remember Chris Childs? He said the outside technicians were lazy and so he took away all their aerial lift vehicles and replaced them with vans. He told our front line workforce that we did this 140 years ago on hooks and ladders and we will do it that way now. Childs would voucher all kinds of travel expenses and threaten anyone in his way that they better approve his expenses.

He created all types of labor problems here and was praised by the C classes.

Then they fired him.

who cares, they can afford to do this the right way.

f*cking shut it down already. nobody here cares.

the job requirement for a wireline manager is how loud you can scream at an associate and then provoke them and then run and hide behind the company.

The biggest pussies in the world work here in the wireline side.

Their wives should be proud of the pussies they married.

Come talk to me like you do outside of work you pussies.

On Target here...

Wireline does NOT make 1.5 billion per month, so it is not a good argument.

Wireline does NOT make 1.5 billion per month, so it is not a good argument.

These are not the same company.

Go on strike, Verizon will ignore you.

Come back, and VZ will impliment the latest offer.

Go back out, and you will be locked out.

Upper management does not care.

Go on strike and you lose.

PS, I am in IT, and do not have an strike assignment.

Plaque in low macs office up on the wall. "When you got 'em by the balls, their hearts and minds will follow." And low Mac got the unions's balls in a little basket his daughter made in her creatvity class. Squeak! squeak! What was that? Oh that's the Union calling. Lowell changed the ring tone to a mouse squeak.

I'm ready, never thought I would say this but time to strike, they have left us with no alternative. They wont negotiate, picking us off 1 after another (for no reason), I'm tired of this game that they seem to get some sick amusement out of. It might not seem like a good idea but what other option do we have, how much longer can we take the abuse?
