I hear the next round of layoffs is in about a month. No clue on the number or % of employees.

With almost no chance of Energy East now as per Montreal's fierce opposition, I'm thinking that project will need to be trimmed down again.
Based on prices at $26-27, this would, unfortunately, only make sense.
