Thread regarding Shell Oil layoffs

NTP highest IPF

What's the highest IPF a NTP first year can get?

Do they actually give out 1.2s and 1.3s to these folks or is that a myth

I got a 1.3 back when I was an NTP in the days before they forced the spread because they knew layoffs were coming. These days if you're below a .9 I have a feeling you'll "fail" your SGP assessment so they can get rid of you.

You asked what's the average NTP rank? It has to fit an average of 1.03 across each group ranked together

I think it's suppose to be a bell curve centered at 1. I know a person that received a 1.2 as an NTP, never heard of a 1.3 though.
