It was Directors and above. most likely direct Management input.

I feel bad for all of you - we put our heart and soul into that company.
Although I've moved on, I do miss my days and friends in Reno, NV.

Was that spreadsheet done by managers of director and above?
We filled a spreadsheet which rated everyone based if they are needed or not by using the term "critical" and a rating scale... Looks like dead weight.
April is the tell-all as this will indicate who is left.
